Biography

Shao Jun, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at Nanjing Medical University, a postdoctoral fellow, and a master's supervisor. He is a Jiangsu Province “333” High-Level Talent (Third Tier), an Outstanding Young and Middle-Aged Discipline (Academic) Leader at Nanjing Medical University, a Young Medical Talent in the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Education Health Strengthening Project, a Wuxi Double-Hundred Top Talent, a Jiangsu Provincial Aesthetic Medicine Attending Physician, and a member of the Minimally Invasive and Skin Plastic and Aesthetic Branch of the China Association of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery. He was a visiting scholar at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, USA (the top eye center in the United States).

He has served as principal investigator for two National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the Provincial Key Medical Talent Project, and the Municipal Double-Hundred Talent Project.

Specializes in oculoplastic surgery; ocular tumors and reconstruction; minimally invasive aesthetic injections; thyroid eye disease and orbital fractures.
